Meet Jess

Baking up Joy, One Cookie at a Time

Jess, a 43-year-old baker, mother of four, wife, and devout Christian, embodies the warmth and sweetness she pours into her delightful creations. For Jess, life is about faith, family, friends, and the joy of bringing smiles to the faces of those she loves. Whether she's cheering on her beloved Cowboys, worshipping at church, hosting gatherings for her cherished circle, or simply enjoying quality time with her family, Jess's heart is always full.

Cooking has always been a passion for Jess, but it was in 2020 that she discovered a new love: the art of cookie decorating. What began as a hobby quickly blossomed into a true passion, and now, Jess is eager to share her talent and creativity with the world. Each cookie is a canvas for her artistry, a testament to her dedication, and a sprinkle of the joy she finds in creating.

Family is at the center of Jess's world. As a mother of four, she understands the importance of creating special moments and lasting memories. Her love for her family is the driving force behind her baking, and she pours that same love into every cookie she decorates. Her faith is equally important to her, providing a foundation of strength and inspiration. Jess believes in the power of kindness and strives to spread happiness wherever she goes.

Jess's dream is to one day open a bakery/coffee shop, a place where people can gather, connect, and enjoy delicious treats made with love. It's a dream fueled by her passion for baking, her love for community, and her desire to share her gifts with others. Until then, she's excited to share her cookie creations with you. Stay tuned to see what sweet masterpieces Jess will bake up next!

Cookie Creation by Jess

Mission Statement

At Cookie Creation by Jess, we do more than bake cookies—we serve hope, healing, and faith in every batch.

Born from a story of survival, redemption, and grace, our mission is to create a space where every cookie carries comfort and every cup poured brings connection. We are a faith-inspired, family-rooted business committed to pursuing our youth by uplifting them, supporting community, and offering a sweet refuge to those who need a moment of light in their dark.

From sugar to scripture, we bake with purpose.
From pain to praise, we rise with faith.
This is more than dessert. This is restoration—one cookie at a time.

Our Story

"God is within her, she will not fall." - Psalm 46:5

“…to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness…” — Isaiah 61:3 🌿

This business didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in a storm.

Cookie Creation by Jess was born in the aftermath of loss, rejection, and life-changing health battles. As a teen, Jess faced abandonment, heartbreak, and the unbearable loss of her real-life brother—her first best friend. Later came two strokes, the loss of her job, and a long journey of trying to reconnect with a mother battling Alzheimer’s and a distant bond. Jess knows what it’s like to be the one left out, to long for family, to pray through pain, and still rise.

Baking cookies started as therapy. Comfort. A whisper from God that she was still alive, still worthy, still full of purpose. What began as survival turned into something sacred. Cookies became a ministry—sugar, almond, chocolate chip, and grace.

Today, Jess is a proud mother of four:

A 24-year-old Airborne soldier

A 22-year-old Marine

A radiant 19-year-old daughter

A 16-year-old son on the spectrum, who reminds her daily of the quiet beauty in difference

She also gained two more daughters through marriage—now 23 and 18—blessings that expanded her heart. And beside her stands her husband. A man who didn't have to love her, but chooses her every single day. A man of God. A partner. A prayer warrior. Her rock.

Cookie Creation by Jess is the dream that grew out of those ashes. It’s more than a bakery. It’s a vision for a future storefront—a warm, safe space filled with cookies, coffee, lemonade, youth open mic nights, and faith-based gatherings.

We are a testimony. A table.
A place where broken people come to be reminded: you're still sweet. You're still seen. You're still rising.
